Aerosil 200-Silikon Dioksit
Aerosil 200-Silikon Dioksit, Aerosil-200, 200 m2/g spesifik bir yüzeye sahip hidrofilik dumanlı bir silika’dır. Silika dioksit (SiO 2 ), aynı zamanda silika olarak bilinen, dünyanın en zengin iki maddesinden üretilen doğal bir bileşiktir. Çoğu kuartz şeklinde tanınan silikon dioksit doğal olarak suda, bitkilerde, hayvanlarda ve dünyada bulunur.
Dünya kabuğu yüzde 59 silika ve gezegendeki bilinen kayalardan yüzde 95’ten fazlasını oluşturuyor. Bir kumsalda oturduğunuzda, ayak parmaklarınız arasına giren kum biçimindeki silisyum dioksittir.

Aerosil 200-Silikon Dioksit Kullanım Alanları
- Genel olarak koyulaştırma ve kuvvetlendirme için kullanılır.
- Boyalar ve kaplamalar, doymamış polyester reçineleri, tabaka haline getirilmiş ve jel örtüler, HTV ve RTV-2K silikon kauçuk, yapıştırıcılar ve kapayıcılıar, baskı mürekkepleri, yapışık bileşikler ve jeller, bitki koruma, gıda ve kozmetiklerde kullanılır.
- Sıvı sistemler, bağlayıcılar, polimerler vs…’nin reolojisinin ve dixotropisinin kontrolü; çökme karşıtı, kalınlaştırıcı (koyulaştırıcı) ve anti-sagging ajanı olarak kullanılır.
- HCR ve RTV-2K silikon kauçuğunun pekiştirilmesi; tozun serbest akışkanlığının ve kekleşme karşıtı karakteristiklerinin düzeltilmesinde kullanılır.
